المستخلص

هدفت الدراسة الحالية إلى تعرّف مستوى صعوبات تعليم المهارات اللغوية الأربع التي يواجهها الطلبة والطالبات بجامعة فرهنكيان (محافظة آذربيجان الغربية). اتّبعنا في الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في جمع البيانات المطلوبة من أفراد مجموعة الدراسة، وذلك من خلال بناء استبيان يهدف إلى الاطّلاع على الصعوبات التي يواجهها الفئة المستهدفة. تكوّنت عينة الدراسة من (100) طالب وطالبة في المستويات الدراسية المختلفة، تمّ اختيارهم بطريقة عشوائية. تمّ تحليل البيانات، وتفسيرها باستخدام برنامج spss (تحليل التباين متعدد المتغيرات ــ المتوسطات الحسابية ـ الانحراف المعیاری، النسب المئوية). تكوّن البحث من عدّة محاور: أولها يدور حول الإطار النظري للدراسة، ويتضمّن أهداف تدريس مهارات اللغة الأربع وصعوباتها، وبعض الاستراتيجيات المقترحة لمعالجتها. والمحور الثاني يشتمل على طريقة إجراء الدراسة وأداتها، وتناول المحور الثالث المعالجات الإحصائية لتحليل استجابات الفئة المستهدفة للوقوف على نتائج مظاهر الضعف في تلك المهارات وفقاً لما تمّ قياسه من الواقع الميداني، كما تضمّن مناقشة النتائج. توصّلت الدراسة بعد ذلك كلّه إلى أنّ هناك صعوبات كثيرة يواجهها الطلاب والطالبات بجامعة فرهنكيان تبرز ملامحها الأعلى للطلاب والطالبات في مهارتي التحدّث والكتابة، في حين أنّ الطالبات كان أدائهنّ أحسن في كثير من الفقرات المتعلّقة بالاستبانة، وهذا يكشف عن مقدرتهنّ اللغوية في اكتساب اللغة الثانية مقارنة بالطلاب.

The present study examines the level of difficulty in learning the four skills of the Arabic language by male and female students of Farhangian University (West Azerbaijan Province). The data collection is based on a questionnaire made by the researcher, which was reviewed with a descriptive analytical approach and the use of statistical analysis methods after commenting on the research sample. The sample studied in the current research is 100 male and female students in different academic semesters who were randomly selected. spss (multivariate analysis of variance, arithmetic mean, standard deviation, percentage) was used for data analysis. This research includes several axes, first: theoretical framework focusing on language skills and difficulties faced by language learners and suggested strategies to improve it. Second: research method and tools. Third: Statistical analysis of the data obtained from the answers of the studied sample to find the most important weaknesses and difficulties of Arabic language teaching in Farhangian University, and to examine the results. And in the end, the results were obtained, the most important of which is that the male and female students of Farhangian University have many problems in teaching language skills, including speaking and writing, and among them, the problems of male students are more than the female ones, and this shows that girls They have better language ability than boys.
