المستخلص

در این مقاله رابطه بین هوش معنوی با خودکارآمدی و انگیزش پیشرفت معلمان درس عربی استان گلستان بررسی شده است. روش پژوهش توصیفی(همبستگی) و جامعه آماری پژوهش معلمان درس عربی استان گلستان در سال 1402 بودند ; که از مجموع معلمان استان 110 نفر به پرسشنامه هوش معنوی, خودکارآمدی و انگیزش پیشرفت پاسخ دادند و داده ها هم با نرم افزار spss24 تحلیل شد.یافته ها: بین هوش معنوی با خودکارآمدی و انگیزش پیشرفت معلمان درس عربی استان گلستان رابطه معناداری وجود دارد.

نتیجه گیری: با توجه به رابطه مثبت و معنادار هوش معنوی با خودکارآمدی و انگیزش پیشرفت تمرکز بر هوش معنوی موجب احساس خودکارآمدی و انگیزش پیشرفت بیشتری در اموزش درس عربی می شود.

المستخلص [English]

In this article, the relationship between spiritual intelligence, self-efficacy and the motivation of Arabic teachers in Golestan province has been investigated. The descriptive research method (correlation) and the statistical population of the research were teachers of Arabic lessons in Golestan province in 1402; 110 of the total teachers of the province responded to the questionnaire of spiritual intelligence, self-efficacy and progress motivation, and the data were analyzed with spss24 software. Findings: There is a significant relationship between spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy and progress motivation of Arabic teachers in Golestan province.

Conclusion: Considering the positive and meaningful relationship between spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy and motivation to progress, focusing on spiritual intelligence leads to a feeling of self-efficacy and motivation to progress more in teaching Arabic lessons.n: Considering the positive and meaningful relationship between spiritual intelligence and self-efficacy and motivation to progress, focusing on spiritual intelligence leads to a feeling of self-efficacy and motivation to progress more in teaching Arabic lessons.
